Nepalese American Law Enforcement Association

The Nepalese American Law Enforcement Association, established in 2023 ,is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering a strong relationship between law enforcement agencies and the Nepalese American community. We strive to bridge the gap between these two entities by offering a variety of informative and engaging awareness programs. Our focus is on promoting public safety, educating community members about potential careers in law enforcement, and encouraging the next generation of Nepalese Americans to pursue government jobs. Through our outreach efforts, we aim to empower Nepalese Americans and other community members to become more actively involved in law enforcement and public service. By providing valuable resources and support, we hope to inspire individuals to consider a career in law enforcement and contribute positively to their communities. Our primary aim is to build a law enforcement workforce that is more inclusive and diverse, truly representing the vibrant cultural diversity of the Nepalese American community.
