Andy Chen is a second-generation immigrant who came to the U.S. with the family. He grew up in Elmhurst Queens with his older brother and parents. He has been very active in college leading the students with his expertise in business marketing and community life. As a few years later he graduated from college he managed his family’s business in Manhattan NYC . In 2012, he decided to start his career in the Medical & Surgical Supply business. He has been certified as a NewYork State Pedorthist who can assist Podiatrists evaluate patients. Also, his expertise helping thousands of patients in the community who need diabetic/Orthopedic Shoes and Supplies. In few years later since his passion and persistence in Medical Supply and Pharmacy field, he quickly expanded the franchise all over the 5 Boroughs to over 10 locations with over 100k patients. He is a person who believes in “Life isn’t about finding yourself, it’s about creating yourself.” He believes life is about giving back to the people who help you and the community giving you a good environment that creates the opportunity for him to have the chance to create the economy of the community and creating hundreds of jobs. As he doing his business throughout NYC he also giving back to the community. He has been a community activist in the Queens area. He is currently leading close to 1,000 Asian American families in Queens borough. And thousands of people benefit from his help. He received many awards/Citations/Certificates from the Community/Elected Officials Etc… He has been awarded by Mayor of NYC Bill De Blasio, Comptroller Scott M, Stringer, Congresswoman Grace Meng, NewYork State Assistant Speaker Felix. Ortiz, NewYork State Senator Jesse Hamilton, City Council Daniel Dromm, City Council Peter Koo, City Council Mark Treyger, etc …..And the Presidential Community Silver Award. He is also the leader of the group of young Leaders and Entrepreneurs.
